JobTeaser · Case study
Aligning one platform, across every surface.
Two and a half years bringing JobTeaser's students, universities and employers into one product system, from product designer to senior.
JobTeaser connects students, universities and employers on one platform, Europe's leading early-careers ecosystem.
The challenge
A platform pulled in every direction.
As JobTeaser grew, its product ecosystem fragmented into several different products. The same action looked and behaved differently on mobile, on web, in the front office and in internal tools, so a student moving between them never quite felt at home.
A central part of my role was to align brand, UX and UI, improve the key journeys, and lay foundations the whole organisation could build on.
The vision
Bring every surface under one product vision, so it feels like one product again.
My role
I owned the journeys and the system behind them.
I owned key journeys end to end, from discovery and customer research through UX, UI, prototyping, usability testing and delivery. I also helped shape and roll out a new product vision, translating the company's evolving brand into a more consistent experience across mobile, web, front-office and internal platforms.
It was as much systems work as screen work: aligning patterns across teams, building the foundations, and setting up how we worked so the whole organisation could move together.

How I worked
Grounded in students, customers and stakeholders.
Alignment isn't a diagram. It came from talking to the people on every side of the platform.

Nothing shipped on a hunch. Every pattern was shaped with the people on each side of the platform, then proven on the live product through A/B tests. The redesigns that follow all started here.
The work
Every journey, rebuilt.
I redrew the core B2C journeys so they look and behave the same, on mobile and on the web.
One product, again.

The payoff
Chaos, pulled
into one system.
Every button, field and chip of the JobTeaser system, in from all sides. They lock into place, then gravity takes over.
Ways of working
A product operating system, not just a design one.
Alongside the design system, I set up a Notion product operating system that centralised research, documentation and ways of working, improving collaboration and delivery across Product, Design and Engineering.
Outcomes
Alignment you could measure.
What I took away
The real work was aligning complexity.
JobTeaser is where I learned to hold a sprawling, multi-sided platform to one clear vision, to design for every side of it without losing the student in front of me, and to build the system and the rituals that keep a whole organisation moving together. Systems thinking, made measurable.
