Roomio
A floor plan product for real estate professionals. I led it from zero to App Store launch in five months, growing to 6,250 users and 6 corporate clients, with 500 switching from competitors in month one.
View case studySo, what do I do?
I'm a senior product designer in Melbourne, eight years across mobile, SaaS and complex web products, B2B and B2C. I work across the whole product, from the earliest decisions to the finest details, and I care about the business outcome as much as the craft. The part I love most is when the work makes a real difference in people's lives.

A floor plan product for real estate professionals. I led it from zero to App Store launch in five months, growing to 6,250 users and 6 corporate clients, with 500 switching from competitors in month one.
View case studyI owned key journeys across iOS, Android and web, lifted job search ROI by 25%, and scaled the design system behind a new B2C product vision.
View case studyI shipped Click & Collect from zero to one in a month, and within a year it was generating over $1M in revenue. I also cut restaurant order time from 35 minutes to 18 and lifted inventory completion by 20%.
I designed over 200 subscription, claims and insurance screens across desktop and mobile, with flows shaped by three rounds of usability testing.
The journey
At seventeen, Robin and I had a crazy idea: a service to help fellow gamers. Six months of late nights and twice a week brainstorms later, we launched a website to sell it. I grabbed a pen, sketched the first wireframes, and never really stopped.

My first internship put me in marketing at SiteW. Then I noticed what the design team was doing, and it had a name: product design. I spent every spare moment shadowing the UX designer. By the end, I was hooked.

I took my degree abroad to RMIT in Ho Chi Minh City. Design, communication and business, with a lot of street food on the side. It became my personal design bootcamp, and I came back with a fresh perspective and a real hunger to build.
Studying abroad
An apprenticeship brought me home to SiteW, the company where I first met product design. I led a brand revamp, a new onboarding and a homepage redesign. I left as a capable junior designer, ready for the next challenge.

At Taster I owned design for the supply chain product. I shipped the Click & Collect app fast, built a design system from scratch, and rethought the kitchen inventory flow so completion jumped by 20%.

At Jobteaser I designed across iOS, Android and web, overhauled the job search experience for real return on investment, and led a full UI refresh with the design system holding it all together.

Today I lead product design on Roomio, a floor plan product for real estate. I still sketch first, and now I prototype in code to validate and ship faster. This scroll‑driven site is one of those experiments.

Feedback
Tanguy thinks like a design leader. He sets a clear vision, brings the team with him, and quietly raises the bar on everything we ship.
Complete ownership, and a true expert.
More a product partner than a designer. Sharp on the strategy, obsessed with the outcome, and he sees the problem three steps ahead.
One of the few designers who really gets how software gets built, which made the whole team noticeably faster.
Diligent, efficient, and genuinely professional.
He turns vague, ambitious ideas into a clear product direction, then actually ships them. As strong on the vision as on the execution, then obsessive about the details in between, which is genuinely rare.
A strong ability to adapt, and a real source of new ideas.
